We are pleased to present to you our Regular guest  loyalty program, created for guests staying at the Sambia Hotel. If you present your Regular guest card every time you stay at the hotel and visit our restaurant, make sure to mention this when booking a room - you will get a discount!

  • The Regular guest card is provided upon multiple stays at the Sambia Hotel at the discretion of the administration. 
  • The Regular guest loyalty program applies to staying at the Sambia Hotel and visiting the Sambia restaurant, where a fixed discount of 5% of the check amount is applied *** 
  • Discount is given exclusively to the card holder.
  • The guest card is embossed and not transferable to third parties.
  • The card discount for accommodation is not combined with other special offers, promotions, advertising coupons, etc., unless otherwise stated.
  • The card discount does not apply to additional hotel services.
  • The loyalty program discounts are not available for group accommodation.
  • If a guest makes a booking by phone or e-mail, the guest informs the hotel in advance about possessing a loyalty card, indicates its status and number.
  • Loyalty program discounts are not provided in case of booking through intermediaries (companies, travel agencies and tour operators, Internet portals, on-line booking systems on third-party sites).
  • During check-in, the guest presents his or her Regular guest card at the reception (before paying, if payment takes place at the check-in).

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES 

1. The rights and obligations of the participant in the loyalty program of the Sambia hotel 

1.1. The participant has the right to receive discounts in the amount provided for by the terms of the bonus card.
1.2. The participant is responsible for providing reliable contact information.
1.3. The participant undertakes to comply with the hotel policies.
1.4. If the bonus card is lost or damaged, the Participant has the right to receive a new card upon a written application. 

2. Rights and Obligations of the Sambia Hotel 

2.1. Provide the participant of the loyalty program with the opportunity to use discounts and privileges of the bonus card.
2.2. Hotel Sambia reserves the right to exclude a participant from the loyalty program in case of violation of the Hotel policies.
2.3. Hotel Sambia in accordance with Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by the program participant. Information about the participant of the program can be given to third parties only in so far as is allowed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Attention! The conditions for obtaining a discount card may be changed! Participation in the loyalty program does not require any additional effort or cost from you - you just stay in our hotel and get discounts and additional benefits! 

*** The discount card in the Sambia restaurant does not apply to alcohol and tobacco products.
